Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

That SEO Tool is currently in private development. This policy describes the intended handling of website and Google Search Console data during testing.

Information we process

We may process account contact information, connected website details, WordPress page content submitted for optimization, technical diagnostics and Google Search Console performance data authorized by the user.

Google user data

When a user connects Google Search Console, That SEO Tool requests read-only access to Search Console properties and search-performance information. We use this data only to display reports, identify optimization opportunities and improve recommendations for the connected website.

How information is protected

OAuth credentials are handled by the private cloud service, encrypted where stored and excluded from WordPress, source code and routine application logs. Website requests are authenticated and bound to the registered domain.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate and secure the service or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Connection credentials are retained only while the integration remains connected. Users can disconnect Google Search Console and request deletion of associated data using the instructions on the Google Data page.

Your choices

You may decline Google authorization, disconnect an integration or request access, correction or deletion of associated information.
